Tom has been in ministry for more than 25 years in a variety of positions: youth pastor, assistant pastor, interim pastor, church plant pastor at The Bridge, The Northwest District of the Wesleyan Church Vice President and now Lead Pastor at the Black Hills Cowboy Church.
He also enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking...pretty much everything outdoors.

Rachel Mahoney
Communications and Technical Director
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Rachel met her husband Vic while they were both in college. After spending several years in Lexington, Kentucky, they moved to Vic’s family ranch in the beautiful Black Hills of Wyoming in 2016, where they now raise their two daughters.
Rachel has served in several churches over the years, specializing in administration and production. Today, she’s grateful to call Black Hills Cowboy Church home—drawn in by the barn setting, the laid-back style of worship, and most of all, the incredible people.
She finds joy in long walks through the hills, slow evenings with friends, and making memories with her family.
